Οnsite visit, inspection and precise topographic and drawings description (impression) of a property in a shopping mall which is located by Kifissias Avenue and is divided in horizontal proprietorships. The property houses offices and a warehouse. Following on site visits, our engineers recorded and logged all findings. After that stage, the property was submitted to the system of declarations for unauthorized buildings and the potential fines procedure was concluded. Next followed the submission of the complete property file on the electronic system of TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece). We completed the process of submission as per Law 4495/17 and issued an Engineer’s Legality Certificate.
