Theodora Marinou
Civil Engineer graduated from the Technical University of Patras.
Theodora’s 20 years’ of hands on experience in the application of Greek urban planning legislation grant her expert status in property compliance with the Greek urban planning legal framework and an acute problem solver of complex property problems, serving clients from diverse industries including financial institutions, public services and engineering consulting firms.
A Subject Matter Expert in technical advisory & technical due diligence studies, she has completed hundreds of such projects since 2004, processing urban files for issuance of building permits, supervising construction works, studying and supervising renovation projects for residential and commercial properties, licensing business premises, compilying surveying plans etc.
Theodora’s ability as a team and project manager renders her valuable to our team, overseeing Synergy’s Building Consulting operations, ensuring both technical excellence and project delivery. Her knowledge and experience on building surveying as well as her in - depth expertise on the Greek Legislation, make her a key technical advisor to our clients, providing valuable and to the point technical advisory services on complex property transactions.
