Junior Project Engineer with studies at the National Technical University of Athens, Civil Engineering department. He has been working as a freelancer since 2020, completing several building settlements in compliance with L.4495/2017 and issuing numerous Electronic Building Identities. This experience has equipped him with an in depth, and hands - on understanding of building regulations and standards.
Since November 2023, he has been conducting Technical Due Diligence (TDD) reports for Synergy Engineering Property, covering a diverse set of properties including hotels, commercial spaces, logistics facilities, offices, and residences. He is proficient in assessing compliance with planning regulations and building standards, reviewing available data, drawings, and contracts, and evaluating technical specifications.
In addition to his TDD responsibilities, he has also conducted >70 valuation reports and property inspections. His valuation portfolio includes a diverse range of properties such as residential properties, office and retail spaces. His technical expertise and engineering background compliments his property valuation output by allowing him to assess risks associated with properties, while at the same time examining compliance with urban legislation planning laws, such as the L.4495/2017.
His comprehensive approach and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the TDD team, generating thorough and accurate TDD reports and contributing valuable insights into the property sector.
