Evangelia Kastrinaki
Senior legal counsel, qualified to Supreme Court status since 2010 specializing in Civil & Corporate Law as applicable in the Real Estate and Banking industries, with a portfolio including major office and retail properties.
She has carved a 20+ year career in legal consulting and litigation, advising major real estate consulting firms and – currently – one of Greece’s top 4 banks and its subsidiaries. Her caseload includes the daily legal support of internal business units; resolution of real estate cases; environmental and urban planning law compliance; negotiations with state authority officials; drafting lease and purchase agreements; preparing lawsuits, appeals, proposals and memoranda as well as court representations.
An efficient legal project manager with a corporate mindset, she handles employment, civil and corporate law cases, resulting in quick and efficient resolution. Extremely competent in court litigation, she holds with a high track record of resolved cases before courts, and many published court decisions in the Legal Database (NOMOS).
She is supporting Synergy as an external legal counsel, advising on real estate related issues; 360° legal support in property leases, purchases and sales, conducting legal deeds due diligence, purchase agreements review, providing legal consulting on listed property management; reviews of provisions of services agreements, insurance claims related to real estate; construction agreements.
She holds an LL.B from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M from Robert Schuman University Strasbourg III in France, where she specialized in Commercial Law under a French Government scholarship.
