Demetris Hadjigregoriou
An Economist and certified property valuer, graduated from the Athens University of Economics and Business and specialized in Real Estate finance from the onset of his career.
Demetris brings >4 years of professional experience in conducting property valuations for REICs, investment funds and private investors, complementing our team of in house Engineers and Project Managers with his finance outlook into the property market, resulting in perfectly balancing out the technical with the financial aspect of property valuations to our clients’ benefit.
With a single minded focus on property consulting, he completed the Oxford Brookes MSc. in Real Estate Investment & Finance, expanding his view on the Real Estate Investment Market as well as his valuation’s skillset.
