ANDREAS IRIOTIS
Andreas is an IMechE Chartered Mechanical Engineer graduated with a BEng from the University of Wales in Swansea UK. He has completed an MSc. in Operations and Manufacturing Systems and the joint Athens University of Economics and Business and National Technical University of Athens, featuring 2 of Greece’s most prestigious universities.
Scaling up his mechanical engineering background he has been certified as an expert fixed and non-fixed assets valuer, accumulating decades of experience in this particular line of work since 2008. Throughout his long career, he has assumed leadership positions in the UK and Greece both as a consultant and and as a production engineer, thus acquiring a very diverse skillset and a global professional outlook.
His portfolio of valuation projects includes collaborations with all major financial institutions in Greece, as well as private enterprises, placing him amongst the most sought after expert valuers. At Synergy Property Engineering, he leads all mechanical and machinery valuation projects supported by our team of in-house engineers.
