Due Diligence.

The scope of the Technical Due Diligence is to collect information about the physical and technical characteristics of the property, producing for the prospective buyer a complete assessment of the building’s technical condition as well as of any risks, therefore informing the feasibility of the entire investment plan.

Our technical due diligence services include a property survey and a statutory compliance study, in order to confirm at what extent the buildings’ permits, and settlements correspond to the buildings’ fabric. It is conducted by reviewing the property’s town planning regulations, fire safety documentation, structural drawings and MEP drawings review.
