Οnsite visit, inspection and precise topographic and drawings description (impression) of multi storey property in Piraeus. The property is comprised of 6 storeys, 2 basements, 1 ground level floor and a mezzanine floor, most of which have undergone an alteration of their use, from residential to commercial. That changes in use has been reflected in changes in the exterior as well as in the interior of the property. The property was submitted to the system of declarations for unauthorized buildings, concluding conclusion the potential fines procedure. It was followed by submission of the complete property file on the electronic system of TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece). We completed the process of submission as per Law 4495/17 and issued an Engineer’s Legality Certificate.
