Submission to the system of declarations for unauthorized buildings and conclusion of the potential fines procedure, followed by submission of the complete property file on the electronic system of TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece). Completion of the process of submission as per Law 4495/17 and issue of Engineer’s Legality Certificate.
