Giannis Vatsikouridis
Civil Engineer, graduated with an integrated MEng from the National Technical University of Greece, with a great focus on data analysis deploying Machine Learning technology and Python programming language.
Giannis adds extra value to the Property Valuation Team, through his ability to analyse and exploit property market data in a most systematic way, leading to sustainable and concrete conclusions with regards to Real Estate trends and values.
In fact, his diploma thesis on the impact and quality of multistep – ahead forecasts on the management and revenue of hydroelectric reservoirs included such stochastic and ML models to analyse historical data.
He ihas just completed 2 prestigious MSc. degrees: the first one is the MSc. in Project Management at the National Technical University of Greece and the second one is the MSc. in Real Estate at the National Kapodistrian University of Greece.
Prior to joining Synergy Property Engineering, he worked at Ydronomi as a Civil Engineer.
