Panagiota Kontogianni
Civil Engineer, graduated with an integrated MEng from the National Technical University of Athens.
Certified property valuer with professional experience in excess of 5 years building her skillset in property valuation, resulting in a robust portfolio of valuation studies including the full spectrum of properties, from residential properties, commercial and corporate complexes, hotels and industrial sites all the way to listed buildings.
With a focus on precision and analysis she adds value to our team of in house property valuers through the preparation of intricate valuation reports for a diverse clientele, including individuals, financial institutions, and real estate investment companies (REICs). Her meticulous approach ensures that each valuation is a valuable business, finance and investment tool.
Since January 2024 Panagiota has been pursuing an MBA with a focus on Finance with the University of Nicosia, while she has completed her property valuer certification from People Cert and the Association of Greek Valuers, as well as a rigorous 6-month specialist training on Property Valuations with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
