Οnsite visit, inspection and precise topographic and drawings description (impression) of an 8 storey property with 2 basements and parking space in Ambelokipi. The property has undergone extensive changes of use, with spaces being remodeled and/or added to it. Following on site inspection, where findings have been recorded, the property was submitted to the system of declarations for unauthorized buildings and the potential fines procedure was concluded. Next followed the submission of the complete property file on the electronic system of TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece). We completed the process of submission as per Law 4495/17 and issued an Engineer’s Legality Certificate.
